Job Description

We are partnering with a client in the Philadelphia,PA area that needs an Accounting Specialist to join their team.This is a great temporary-to-hire opportunity that will allow someone to join their accounting team and own all aspects of the account’s payable responsibilities. Additional duties for this position include, but will not be limited to:

•Complete full cycle accounts payable responsibilities
•Communicate with internal managers and vendors regarding and invoice discrepancies
•Input all new account information into their accounting system and perform all vendor account updates as well
•Assist with monthly billing and invoicing responsibilities for all three entities
•Confirm the delivery of all products prior to finalizing billing invoice to send out
•Assist the accounting manager with payroll by confirming all time cards prior to uploading them
•Additional responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

-High school diploma or equivalent required
•At least 3 years of experience in full cycle accounts payable responsibilities
•High attention to detail
•Effective communication skills in both verbal/written interactions
•Strong customer service skills
