Client Description

Our Client is a rapid growth technology company with a strong focus on E-Commerce. 

Job Description

  • Approve all Invoices (upwards of 250 per day)
  • Prepares all purchase orders
  • Prepares ACH transactions, wire transfers, and batch check runs
  • Codes check requests, expense reports, vouchers, and invoices
  • Process all check requests
  • Assist with Month and Year End Close
  • Reconcile Vendor statements    


  • High School Diploma (relevant Collegiate Accounting Courses preferred)
  • 3-5 years of Accounting Experience
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Self-Starter/ strong time management skills
