Private practice in King of Prussia is actively looking for a office manager to join their team. Excellent tenure, company culture and growing practice. In this position, the office manager  will focus on processing electronic  payments and partner with the senior accountant for various month-end actions. 


Office Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Confirm, prepare and post billing documents 
  • Send and track invoices to customers 
  • Review , correct finalize open order reports for sales and finance team
  • Apply customer payments and balance accounts to ensure accurate reporting  
  • Maintain invoices and vendor information 
  • Prepare and initiate monthly close activities
  • Reconcile and audit documents 
  • Partner with senior staff accountant for various projects 

Office Manager Requirements: 

  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong working knowledge in MS Excel 
  • Minimum of 3 years of medical billing experience 
  • Associates degree preferred
